• Power wash to remove dirt and cobwebs, etc.
• Protect brick, concrete, and landscaping as needed and possible
• Scrape and remove loose and peeling paint
• Lightly sand rough spots on wood trim
• Prime bare spots with primer
• Tighten loose boards as needed
• Re-set loose nails
• Caulk gaps and cracks and holes as needed
• Apply one to two coats of exterior latex paint
• Clean up job site and haul away all trash
